Our goal is to uplift, entertain (a bit),demonstrate through
inspiring stories, scripture, and poems etc.,that God is
very much alive and active in human events. Where there is
life there is hope.

In a Word ... Evil
(the knowledge of evil)

In paradise God planted a tree of the knowledge
of good and evil. Adam and Eve were not to eat
from this tree. But Satan tempted them; saying
if you eat of this tree you will get the knowledge
of good and evil. God teaches that there are two
ways to learn of good and evil. We can learn by
trusting God or we can learn by trying it ourselves.
God asks you and I to trust the way of living that
He has designed in the Bible. He asks us not to sin.
Just because some others are partaking of some sin,
we don't have to. We can trust God and His knowledge
of good and evil instead of trying it ourselves.

If one insists on trying instead of trusting then they
do learn the knowledge of good and evil. But the way
they learn is by loss of the good (blessing of God)
as they plummet head first down the path of evil trying
to hide from God.

(Trying or Trusting?)
God asks us to trust Him.

Someone may be saying, it's too late for me to trust Him.
Let me remind you that our God is a God of second chances.
Out of His grace and mercy God says, If we will confess
our sins, He will forgive us our sins and cleans us of all
unrighteousness. Now friend, the sin may leave a scare,
but God will forgive you and welcome you and I back to a
relationship of trusting Him instead of you having to try
the evil for ourself.

God says sin is like Wet Paint, please don't touch!

Father God

How awesome is our Father God?
Close your eyes and come with me,
Take a trip across the deep blue sea.
Father sees us one and all as he patiently awaits our call
Race or color matters not,
He created us all, the whole lot.
Father owns cattle on a thousand hills,
But he gives us a free will.
The choice is ours don't you see,
He gently woos us by his spirit.
And the still small voice wants you to hear it.
Listen closely if you dare, know that
Father God in heaven wants you there.

Your Words Blaze a Trail!
When was the last time you seriously thought about the words
you use each and every day? How carefully do you select them?
Do you consciously choose terms or phrases that serve you
well?

You may be wondering: why all this fuss about words? The
answer is simple. Your words have incredible power. They
can build a bright future, destroy opportunity or help
maintain the status quo. Your words reinforce your beliefs
... and your beliefs create your reality. Fortunately,
you can control what you say -- which means that you
have the ability to build a positive belief system and
to produce the results you want.

Right now, let's take a closer look at the phrases you've
been using in various areas of your life.

Relationships

Do you say things like, "All the good men (or women)
are taken!" or "People are always taking advantage of
me!" If you do, you are literally programming yourself
for unhappy relationships. Your mind hears every word
you speak and it sets out to prove you right. With regard
to our above examples, your mind will see to it that you
attract only those persons who will disappoint you or
take advantage of you. Is this what you want? If not,
stop repeating (and causing your mind to focus on)
such negative statements!

Well, have you thought about the words you use in these
areas of your life? When we repeat words long enough,
it's as if a "groove" is formed in our brain. Like a
record, the needle just falls into place and plays the
same tune again and again. The trouble is, whenever
you say these words you just deepen the groove,
creating familiar pictures in your mind, strengthening
the same old beliefs ... and getting the same old results.

Remember: it's up to you to speak in a way that will
move you towards what you want in life. Therefore,
use words which are consistent with the path you truly
wish to be on ... take action along those lines ...
and watch yourself begin to travel in that wonderful direction!
